If you look closely at the envelope, can you tell how desperate I am, usually you just right international adoption!! However, after taking 8 days in the mail to come from a town 1 hour away. We got our paperwork back. Glad they had decided to finally open up the envelope and send it back. So, overnighted to the right place. Praying it goes quickly!!

I know you were hoping it would arrive on Monday but at least it came back to you and will be where it belongs tomorow. I hope the process is a quick one for you. :)
