Provincial Approval
We are one step closer to adopting another kiddo from China. On Friday we received our Provincial Approval from the Alberta Gov't. Now our Dossier(interpol fingerprinting, medicals, homestudy, birth certificates etc) will be off to be authenticated, than off to China
